Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from Harley Enterprises LLC (“Harley Enterprises”, “we”, “us”) at incomeaccelerator.biz, including coaching programs, startup packages, done-for-you business services, workshops and digital products. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

1. Coaching programs

Essentials includes 8 hours of 1-on-1 coaching delivered over 2–4 sessions. Full 60-Day includes weekly 1-on-1 sessions for 60 days from your kickoff session.
Sessions are held by phone or video call or video call (your choice for each session), Monday to Thursday between 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM Eastern, and are booked through the link in your welcome email.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. A session missed without notice counts as used.
Unused sessions expire 6 months after purchase (Essentials) or at the end of the 60-day period (Full 60-Day).

2. Startup packages

Turn Ideas Into Income Package™ includes two 1-on-1 coaching sessions and a written business plan, prepared after your sessions from the information you provide. Business Startup Accelerator™ includes four 1-on-1 coaching sessions plus business registration filing and an EIN application.
Sessions follow the same scheduling and rescheduling rules as coaching programs (section 1).
Unused sessions expire 6 months after purchase.

3. Done-for-you services

Done-for-you services include Business Registration and Agency Vendor Prequalification & Certifications.
Work begins after your kickoff session, where we gather the information and documents we need. Delivery timing depends on receiving complete information from you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Filings and applications are prepared from that information and reviewed with you before submission.
Business Registration and Agency Vendor Prequalification & Certifications are scoped and confirmed on a call before payment. Any change to the agreed scope is quoted in advance.

4. Government fees and approvals

State filing fees, agency fees and other government charges are not included in our prices unless stated. They are paid separately, and we confirm the amount with you before filing.
Fees paid to a government agency are non-refundable once a filing or application has been submitted.
Business registrations, prequalifications and certifications are approved or denied by the government agency involved. We do not control or guarantee approval, processing times or contract awards.

5. Upgrades

If you buy one service and later move up to a package that includes it, the amount you already paid is credited toward the higher package, so you only pay the difference. Email connect@rohanharley.com or book a free call to upgrade.

6. Refunds

Coaching programs and startup packages: you may cancel for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no coaching session has taken place and no filing has been submitted for you. After that, payments are non-refundable.
Done-for-you services: you may cancel for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided work has not started. Once your kickoff session has taken place or work has begun, payments are non-refundable.
Government and agency fees: non-refundable once submitted (see section 4).
Workshops: full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the event. After that, you may transfer your seat to another person or to the next workshop date.
eBooks and digital downloads: non-refundable once the file has been downloaded, except where the law requires otherwise.

7. No guarantee of results

Coaching, startup packages, done-for-you services and educational products provide strategy, structure, preparation and accountability. Results depend on your own effort, decisions and circumstances. We do not guarantee any level of income, business outcome, government approval or contract award. We are not a law or accounting firm, and nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice; please consult a licensed professional for those matters.

8. Payments

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

9. Intellectual property

Worksheets, guides, business plans, eBooks and other materials are for your personal or internal business use. Please do not resell or redistribute them.
