This Privacy Policy explains how Harley Enterprises LLC (“Harley Enterprises,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit incomeaccelerator.biz, request our free guide, or otherwise contact us. If you have questions, email us at connect@rohanharley.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request the Income Accelerator Guide or book a session, we collect your first name and email address, and your phone number if you choose to provide it. If you tick the call and text consent box, we also record that consent and when you gave it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. Our forms may record your IP address with your submission to help prevent spam and abuse.
Cookies. Our website uses only the cookies needed for it to work. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy.
How we use your information
- To send you the guide you requested
- To send you follow-up emails with practical business and income tips, and occasional information about our coaching and consulting services
- To respond to your questions and schedule sessions you request
- To call or text you, only if you gave us consent to do so
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services

Calls and text messages
If you provide your phone number and tick the consent box, you agree that Harley Enterprises may call or text you at that number about our services. Consent is not a condition of receiving the guide or buying anything. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to provide their services to us:
- Website hosting (Cloudways and its cloud infrastructure providers), which stores our website and the information submitted through it
- Email delivery (Microsoft 365), which sends our emails
- Scheduling and payments (for example, calendar and payment processors), if you book a session or make a purchase
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to be removed.
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any text message.
- Access, correction, or deletion: email connect@rohanharley.com to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as you remain on our mailing list or are a client, and as long as needed afterward for legitimate business, legal, tax, or accounting purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access-restricted systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
